I’m a fully-qualified Humanistic therapist offering counselling for couples and individuals online and in-person in West London.
Talk with someone you can trust
It can be really important to find the right therapist for you; especially when going through something difficult - when going to a place of vulnerability the ability to trust your therapist and finding the right fit for you is vital. I believe that our relationships are one of the most important factors in our stress levels, happiness and day-to-day functioning. If you are experiencing stuckness, infidelity or unsolvable arguments in your relationship then couples therapy can help - I draw upon a range of modalities and techniques with couples to ensure that you get the best support needed for the most important relationship in your life.
My approach is calm, empathic and supportive; we will work together to approach what’s happening in your life, whether it’s dealing with isolation, stress, problems in your relationship, anxiety, depression or talking about a traumatic incident from the past. I believe in encouraging the autonomy of my clients and providing an empowering space - you can attend therapy on a one-off, short-term or long-term weekly basis, whichever works for you.
I have a degree in Humanistic Counselling and believe that a therapist has to stay relevant within the field of psychotherapy - I regularly engage in further study to ensure that I am up to date and can best support my clients. My post qualification studies have included Family Therapy and Couples therapy, and am a member of the BACP and abide by their ethical guidelines, engaging in regular supervision and CPD.
